Right of Complaint (Warranty)
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with Danish sales law. This covers defects in materials and/or workmanship.
You may have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must file the complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. CamperBixen will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
For returns, complaints, and exercising the right of withdrawal, send to:

Refunds
If a refund is agreed upon, please include your bank details (registration and account number) so that the agreed amount can be transferred.
These details can be safely provided by email or another electronic method, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used for processing the refund.
Let me know if you’d like this formatted as a PDF or need it integrated into your webshop or legal page.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day full return right on goods purchased through our webshop.
The withdrawal period is calculated from the day:
-
You receive the order.
-
You receive the final item in physical possession, if the purchase involves multiple different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in separate shipments.
-
You receive the last batch or last part in physical possession, if the agreement concerns the delivery of goods in multiple batches or parts.
-
You receive the first item in physical possession, if the purchase involves regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
Return shipping costs are your own responsibility.
You must notify us of your wish to withdraw no later than 14 days after the purchase. Once the withdrawal is notified, the item must be returned within 14 days.
The notification must be sent via email to: kontakt@camperbixen.com
In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must complete the enclosed return form and send the item to:
CamperBixen
Ågade 29
8620 Kjellerup
Denmark
You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal by simply refusing to accept the delivery without clearly notifying us of your intention.
Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The following types of goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
-
Items made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
-
Sealed items which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
-
Goods that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
-
Items where the seal is broken.
-
Non-financial services that have already been fully performed, where the performance began with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal would be lost once the service had been fully performed.
-
Delivery of digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, where the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal.
-
Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription agreements for such publications.
-
Agreements concluded at a public auction.
-
Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.
Let me know if you would like a full English version of all terms as a document or webpage.
Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
You are responsible for covering the direct costs of the return. When returning goods, you are also responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged.
Please include a copy of the order confirmation with the return. Processing will be faster if you also complete and include our Withdrawal Form.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery.
Condition of the Item Upon Return
You are only liable for any decrease in the item's value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item.
In other words, you may test the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used more than described above, it will be considered used. This means that, upon withdrawal from the purchase, only part or none of the purchase amount may be refunded, depending on the item's commercial value at the time we receive it.
To receive the full purchase amount, you must handle the item without actually putting it into use.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will, of course, receive a refund of the amount paid to us.
If there has been a reduction in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the refund amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to withdraw.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you provide documentation that the item has been returned beforehand.
Let me know if you want the full English version of your terms compiled into a formatted document or added to your website.
